Return Policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have the right to return goods purchased from our online store within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

Customers have the right to return a purchased product within 30 business days of receiving the shipment without providing a reason.

Packaging Notice:
For logistical and environmental reasons, some products (e.g., whitening strips) may be delivered in individual sachets instead of original packaging. The packaging does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Returns are only accepted if the product has not been opened or used, regardless of the type of packaging.

The cost of returning goods is covered by the customer, unless the return is the result of a recognized complaint.
