I. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) set the rules for purchases in the Zubzdra online store, operated by Onbeautify LTD.

II. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Orders can only be placed via the online store’s website.
  • No user account registration is required to place an order.
  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • All prices listed in the store are gross prices and include VAT.

III. Delivery

Delivery Time by Country:

  • Slovakia: 1-2 business days

  • Estonia, Germany: 2-5 business days

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Greece: 7-8 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are displayed before order completion.

  • In case of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed via email.

  • Delivery is available to Slovakia, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

IV. Returns and Complaints

Product Returns:

  • Customers have the right to return purchased goods within 30 days of receiving the order without stating a reason.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Complaints:

  • Complaints can be submitted via email to support@zubzdra.com
  • The complaint must include a description of the issue and the order number.
  • Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
  • If the complaint is deemed justified, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for returned products will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.

V. Data Protection

  • Onbeautify LTD processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
  • Collected personal data: Full name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
  • Purpose of data processing:
    • Order fulfillment
    • Customer support
    • Marketing activities (only with customer consent)
  • Personal data is stored for 60 days after the last order or until the customer withdraws consent.
  • Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

VI. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions, discount codes, and loyalty programs may be available in the store.
  • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

VII. Final Provisions

  • All contracts concluded through the store are subject to British law.
  • The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
  • Customers will be notified about any changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • In matters not covered by these terms, the relevant provisions of British law apply.
