How to use:

• Crest Glamorous 3D White comes in convenient pouches with instructions, making them easy to apply anywhere, anytime.
• Open the pouch and carefully remove the gel strip from the transparent film.
• For better accuracy on first use, we recommend using a mirror, but over time, application will become easy and comfortable.
• Start by applying the shorter strip to the lower jaw and then use the longer strip for the upper jaw.
