I. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the zubzdra e-shop.com (seller).
The terms and conditions define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and his customers (buyers). All contractual relationships established between e-shop participants are governed by the legal order of Slovakia.

Buyer - a customer who orders goods through the Zubzdra e-shop.com Only a customer who is not an entrepreneur can be a customer. The seller reserves the right to sell goods only to business customers, i.e.j end consumers and never companies. The buyer acknowledges this fact and agrees to it without reservations.
II. Order and conclusion of purchase contract
By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the complaint procedure and these terms and conditions and that he agrees with them.
The order is a draft purchase contract. The purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the binding consent (confirming email) to the buyer with this proposal (binding confirmation of the order from the seller). From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the seller and the buyer.
At the moment of concluding the purchase contract, the buyer is bound by the terms and conditions and agrees to them. The buyer is sufficiently informed about this fact before sending his order. A condition for the validity of an electronic order is the correct filling in of all data and information prescribed by the form. The place of delivery of the goods is the address specified by the buyer in the order form. When placing an order by courier, the customer is obliged to indicate as the delivery address exactly the address where he will be at the time of normal delivery and the phone number.
The ownership of the goods passes to the buyer only after full payment.
By completing the registration form or order within this e-shop, the buyer gives the seller consent to collect and archive personal data about the buyer and his purchases. The seller has the right to cancel the order at any time without giving a reason. Promotions cannot be combined with other discount vouchers. Discounts and discount coupons cannot be applied to discounted products or advantageous packages or advantageous packaging of products. The seller has a legal right to this damage compensation and therefore this damage compensation can be recovered through an external debt collection organization. The buyer agrees to this without reservation.
III. Delivery terms, payment terms and delivery costs
All goods will be sent within 1-2 working days from the conclusion of the purchase contract. The goods are delivered via Packeta HD and DHL. If due to operational reasons it will not be possible to meet the delivery date, the client will be informed of this fact immediately by phone or e-mail. In the case of advance payment, the moment of crediting the payment to the seller's account is considered the delivery date.
The seller reserves the right to change the price of the goods. However, if the price of the delivered goods increases compared to the order, the seller immediately informs the buyer of this fact. In the event of a price increase, the buyer has the right to accept or reject the price.

IV. Complaint
All complaints will be handled in accordance with the "Complaints Rules" of our online store and the legal system applicable in Slovakia, Denmark and Sweden .
The "complaints procedure" of the online store is an integral part of these regulations.
Before sending the goods for a claim, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about it and request the exact address to which the goods should be sent. The Seller is not responsible if the Client sends the goods to the wrong address without asking.
V. Withdrawal of the Customer from the purchase contract
According to § 53 par. 7 of the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days from the day of receipt of the goods. If the buyer decides to withdraw from the contract within this period and complies with the stated conditions, the purchase price will be returned to him: the buyer sends a message by e-mail to the seller's address about the withdrawal from the concluded contract with his request and request for the return of the purchase price together with the account number or address for a refund of the purchase price. The goods you send must be in their original packaging, must not be damaged, must be complete (including accessories, instructions) and must be part of the shipment with proof of purchase. Do not send goods on delivery.
The Buyer, even before sending the goods in case of withdrawal from the contract, has the obligation to inform the Seller about this and request the exact address to which the goods are to be sent. The Seller is not responsible if the Customer sends the goods to the wrong address without asking.
If all the above conditions are met, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded to you on the basis of the invoice or to your account, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract, provided that condition of physical return of goods fulfilled. If any of the stated conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept withdrawal from the consumer contract and the goods will be sent back to the buyer's address. The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract according to § 53 par. 7:
a) on the delivery of the goods, if the buyer violated its original packaging.
VI. Withdrawal from the purchase contract by the seller, the right to change the price
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:
a) the goods are no longer manufactured or supplied
b) the price of the supplier of the goods has changed significantly
c) the buyer is not trustworthy
In such cases, we will immediately contact the buyer and agree the next procedure with him. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be refunded to their account or address as quickly as possible.
The seller reserves the right to change prices. Valid prices are confirmed to the buyer at the time of order confirmation. If the valid price is the same or lower than in the order, it is not confirmed back to the buyer and the goods are delivered to him at the price valid at the time the order was received. If the price is higher than the price stated in the order, the seller immediately informs the buyer about this fact, who can accept the new price or refuse the delivery. When ordering by phone, the buyer is always informed of the valid price for the given order.
VII. Liability for product defects - warranty
Before the first use of the goods, the buyer has the obligation to familiarize himself with the user manual and to strictly follow the information and instructions contained therein, otherwise he is exposed to the risk of damage to the goods due to improper use, thereby losing the right to claim liability for defects. The warranty period begins at the moment of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
The buyer using the rights under the title of liability for defects: a) if it is a removable defect: he has the right to free, correct and timely removal of the defect, the right to exchange defective goods or defective parts - unless this is disproportionate with regard to the nature of the defect and the right to a reasonable discount from the purchase price or the right to withdraw from the purchase contract is not considered, if such a procedure is possible. b) if it is an irreparable defect that prevents the proper use of the goods: he has the right to exchange the defective goods or the right to withdraw from the contract. The complaint does not concern the insufficient whitening effect of the strips, as this effect is also largely dependent on genetic predispositions. c) if it is a removable defect that appears frequently or repeatedly and makes the proper use of the goods impossible: he has the right to exchange the defective goods or the right to withdraw from the contract. d) if there are other defects that cannot be removed and the item does not require replacement: he has the right to a reasonable discount from the purchase price or the right to withdraw from the contract.

IX. Alternative dispute resolution methods
If the buyer believes that his rights have been violated or is not satisfied with the way the Seller handled his complaint, he has the right to contact the Seller with a request for correction by sending an e-mail message to the address support@zubzdra.com . If the Seller rejects the Consumer's request or does not respond at all within 30 days from the date of dispatch, the Buyer has the right to use an alternative (out-of-court) dispute resolution method. The buyer can submit a proposal in the manner specified in § 11 par. 2 and § 12 of Act no. 391/2015 Z.from
The buyer may also file a complaint through the RSO's Alternative Dispute Resolution platform available online at https://ec.europa.eu/. A complaint can be filed through this platform by a Buyer residing in the EU against a Seller based in the EU. The costs associated with the alternative resolution of the dispute shall be borne by each of the parties to the dispute separately, without the possibility of their return.
X. Final provisions
These conditions apply in the form as stated on the seller's website on the day the electronic order is sent by the buyer.
By sending an electronic order, the buyer unreservedly accepts all the provisions of the terms and conditions in the wording valid on the day the order is sent, as well as the price of the ordered goods valid on the day the order is sent (including the costs of transport, postage, or packaging) listed in the catalog of our online store, unless expressly agreed otherwise in a specific case. The buyer is irrevocably bound by the sent order (draft purchase contract). In situations that are not regulated by these terms and conditions, the regulations of the Civil and Commercial Code with amendments apply in the relationship between the buyer and the seller.
We determine your satisfaction with the purchase through e-mail surveys as part of the Verified by customers program, in which our e-shop is involved. We send them to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless in accordance with § 7 par. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Z.from you do not refuse to receive our business information about some of the services of the information company or revoke the previously granted consent. To send questionnaires, evaluate your opinions and analyze our position on the market, we use a processor that is the operator of the Shopify portal.com; in this context, we can transfer information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address.
By using the store, you consent to the collection and use of information about you and your purchases indefinitely.
