Thermoplastic Trays for Whitening Gels

Thermoplastic trays are a simple and effective way to whiten your teeth in the comfort of your home. Thanks to their ability to be individually adjusted, they provide comfortable wear and maximum effectiveness of the whitening gel.

Instructions for Use

1. Adjusting the Trays

• If the trays are too long, trim them with scissors.

• Place the tray in warm water for 5–10 seconds until it becomes soft.

• Immediately place the tray onto your teeth.

• Press with your fingers and tongue to ensure it fits precisely to the shape of your teeth.

2. Hardening and Fit Check

• After a few seconds, the tray will harden and take the shape of your teeth.

• If the fit is not ideal, reheat the tray and reshape it.

3. Applying the Whitening Gel

• Apply a small amount of whitening gel to the inside of the adjusted tray.

• Place the tray onto your teeth.

• Leave it on for the time specified in the gel’s instructions.

4. Cleaning and Storage

• After whitening, rinse the tray thoroughly with lukewarm water.

• Store it in a clean and dry place, preferably in a special container.
